Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
  • If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days (depending on destination)
    • Express Shipping (if available): 9–15 business days
  • Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or force majeure events.

Worldwide Shipping — All orders ship from Hanoi, Vietnam

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. All U.S. orders are international shipments (no U.S. domestic shipping).

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in product price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

✅ Duties are 0% (duty-free) in all listed destinations under FTAs (CPTPP, EVFTA, VKFTA, AJCEP).
However, VAT/GST and customs processing fees may still apply depending on your country’s regulations:

  • USA: As of Aug 29, 2025, low-value shipments under $800 require formal customs entry (no longer exempt). No duties apply, but customs fees may be charged.
  • EU: Duty-free with Certificate of Origin (C/O Form E). VAT + customs fees may apply. De minimis threshold: €150.
  • Canada: Duty-free with CPTPP. GST + processing fees may apply. De minimis: CAD 20 / 150.
  • Australia: Duty-free with CPTPP. GST may apply. De minimis: AUD 1,000.
  • South Korea: Duty-free with VKFTA (Form AK). VAT may apply. De minimis: KRW 150,000.
  • Japan: Duty-free with CPTPP/AJCEP. Consumption tax may apply. De minimis: JPY 10,000.

👉 All taxes, fees, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility and based on declared value + local customs laws.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a confirmation email + tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is delayed or lost by the courier, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
