📌 1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 12–20 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 9–15 business days
    Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services.

International Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide from our fulfillment center in Hanoi, Vietnam. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent within 48 hours after shipment.

Damages & Lost Packages
Please contact us with photos if your order arrives damaged. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📌 2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the kit is unused and in its original packaging.
  • If parts are missing or damaged in transit, we will send free replacement parts.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Please contact our support team before sending any return.

📌 3. Terms & Conditions

By ordering from T-gang.com, you agree to the following:

  1. Products are sold as DIY assembly kits unless otherwise stated.
  2. Photos/videos are for illustration only. Colors may vary slightly due to natural wood.
  3. Payments are secure; we do not store card details.
  4. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Customers are responsible for duties/taxes.
  5. Returns are accepted within 14 days (see Return Policy).
  6. All content (text, images, designs) belongs to Wood Marble Machine.
  7. Kits are not intended for children under 14 without adult supervision.
